After hearing from you regarding your interest in one of our services, we can schedule a meeting/walk-through for one of our commercial specialists to meet on the property. The walk-through will generally require no longer than thirty minutes for our specialist to meet with you and discuss the specifics of the service you are interested in.

Post Walk-through, our specialist will:

– Gather information acquired from the meeting.

– Research potential job-specific resources and equipment required.

– Calculate an estimate for the total cost of the service.

– Notify the property and send the estimate within Two to Three days of the walkthrough.

With the approved estimate and agreed-upon start date, we are almost ready to prepare our team for the job. Before we arrive, below is a list of expectations we wish to share with you prior to completing the service you’ve requested:

Start of Service

– Our technicians will arrive fully prepared and will review the details of the project with you before starting.

Water Access

– Technicians may need a working water source on-site, especially if using Water-Fed Poles. Please outline any specifics of the water source beforehand.

Scheduling & Availability

– Weather complications or unforeseen worker illness could potentially affect our start date. Clean and Clear takes pride in our scheduling and punctuality, but we do ask our customers to be understanding of potential shifts.

Payment Terms

– Clean and Clear operates under Net 30 payment terms and will assume this of our customers unless other options have been outlined.

Accessibility & Permits

– For some projects particularly window cleaning, aerial or bom lifts may be required for us to safely access and clean the areas requested. Our company will obtain the proper permits for these lifts and the property will be notified of their use.

Job Specific Requirements –

– Gutter Cleaning –

• We do our best to contain potential mess however, dirt and grime cleaned from the roof/gutters could land on vehicles parked below the gutters. All cars should be removed from below the gutters, as well as having all windows closed before our arrival.

– Pressure Washing –

• All windows and doors should be closed prior to our arrival.
• We also ask residents to move items away from the exterior of the unit, patios or decks. This includes but is not limited to: hanging and potted plants/flowers, porch furniture, etc.
  

– Window Cleaning –

• For High-Rise work, certification of anchors is to be provided to Clean and Clear and our on-site technicians for the duration of the job.
• Screens or potential barriers that would prohibit our technicians from accessing and cleaning the exterior windows should be removed before our arrival. Our company can assist in this process if needed.
• All functional and sliding windows should be shut prior to service.
