The service people were very nice and polite but the cleaning was not completed up to par. The ledges were filled with dirt specks and residue immediately after the windows had been "cleaned" both inside and out and there were also some large streaks left on the windows. I also was disappointed that the inside sills were still very dirty after completion. When I asked about this, I was told that I should've asked for the toothpick service and that I would've been charged more. I also pointed out a portion of glass that had been missed and was told that it was hard water residue and couldn't be removed. Our home is only 7 months old and we've always had soft water. I cleaned this portion with Windex and it came right off. I am very disappointed with the service provided and with this company as a whole.

JIM was professional over the phone and answered after 2 rings.JIM emailed the quote and scheduled date, as I requested, within 30 minutes.JIM responded that he would see to send the company insurance coverage even though JIM was asked twice to email it and his response was originally that it would follow the confirmed phone quote: In order to call to verify coverage, it would be best to have done before setting to work.I still believe that I will eventually get the paperwork to call on.JIM's company was very, very easy - JIM explained exactly what would be done with this job, no need to be at home to do it, quick email responses, clear communication , convenient, polite, and friendly, in processing the job for cleaning gutters in a 2 story home.
