Our Safety Standards

Our Safety Standards

Clean and Clear is committed to protecting the safety of all of our valuable employees. To meet this goal, we provide regular safety training to all of our staff, adhere to current OSHA regulations, perform regular equipment safety checks, and we use only safest equipment and techniques when cleaning exteriors, windows and gutters.

In addition, we provide our customers with information about potential safety issues with their jobsite and provide recommendations for them to improve and/or reduce potential safety issues at their properties.

Making Safety a Priority

Our company isn’t just committed to keeping your property clean; we also strive to clean your property as safely as possible. To protect safety, we use lifts and powered platforms, when necessary; steel ladders; water-fed poles; and rope access to provide exterior cleaning on homes and commercial building. Plus, we train all of our residential and commercial window cleaners on fall protection, rigging safety and rope access.

In addition, we have partnered with engineering consultants to ensure all rooftop anchors are properly certified for usage on commercial properties. Our goal is ultimately to adhere to all OSHA safety standards as well as follow guidance from SPRAT, IRATA, and IWCA for our industry.

Bottom line: We’re committed to protecting the safety of our employees, and the upkeep of the property’s we’re tasked with maintaining.
