The service person asked questions when he wasn't sure about things. He was friendly, easy to have around. The windows were very clean much better than when I do them. The service people should know what the job is before they arrive. Both times I have hired them, they thought they were do both the upper and lower outside windows but I only had hired them to do the outside lower windows. Minor issue as long as I was around to correct them.

Holiday lights installed quickly, professionally and power cords placed very discretely. Looking forward to ‘light’ in the neighborhood.

Glass was so clean the next two contractors in the house were totally blown away by the clarity. Great Job!
