The service person asked questions when he wasn't sure about things. He was friendly, easy to have around. The windows were very clean much better than when I do them. The service people should know what the job is before they arrive. Both times I have hired them, they thought they were do both the upper and lower outside windows but I only had hired them to do the outside lower windows. Minor issue as long as I was around to correct them.
