With the current events regarding the spread of the Novel Coronavirus and its associated respiratory disease COVID-19, we here at Clean and Clear would like to share with you the steps we as a business are taking to assist in protecting the safety of yourself, your family and friends, and all of our employees.

We are diligently watching all updates from the CDC, WHO and reputable news agencies.  We are following all CDC guidelines while continuing to provide the world-class service that you have come to expect from Clean and Clear.

What We’re Doing to Remain Open For Business And Ready To Assist You:

To further prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are committed to educating our entire team daily on best practices laid out by the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Employee Preparedness –

All of our technicians are fully stocked with hand sanitizer and will be using it frequently throughout their workday and especially between jobsites.

We have also provided our employees with disposable gloves to be used for Interior Window Cleaning Projects.

Contactless Service –

We have gone 100% paperless and have also made service and credit /debit card transactions contactless. You can pay your invoice directly online with a credit or debit card.

Remote Estimates –

We are able to do all estimates online or over the phone.

Social Distancing –

To further limit exposure, we will be following CDC guidelines regarding social distancing. This includes giving our clients plenty of space and eliminating handshakes for the time being.

We have requested that all employees in a role that can be performed at home to do so until further notice. We have also switched to using video conferencing and screensharing to help facilitate training when necessary.

Health Monitoring –

We have requested that any of our employees stay home if they are feeling sick. All of our employees have been provided unlimited time-off during this time should they need to isolate themselves or provide care for a family member.

We also ask that you let us know if you or anyone in your household is experiencing any cold or flu symptoms.

This policy serves to protect our family as well as yours. We will work with you to postpone your service until everyone feels better.

As we take these measures and more, please know that all of us at Clean and Clear are ready, willing, and able to support you and our community during this challenging time.
